STEP 1

To start the hat and beard, inflate both the Red and White hearts to 4”. Tie the Red one close to the air, and tie the White one close to the nozzle. Twist a ½” bubble into one of the lobes on the Red and a ½” bubble into one of the lobes on the White and twist together. Repeat on other lobe. Extend the air towards the nozzle of the White.

STEP 2

To make Santa’s nose, twist a 1” bubble using an inflated Blush 260Q. Then inflate a 5” Red Round to 4" and attach to the nose, leaving a 1” space.

STEP 3

Insert the nose between the hat and beard.

STEP 4

Using the remaining Blush 260Q, tie a knot at the end and inflate a 4” bubble and remove remainder. Wrap both ends into the sides of the hat, over the nose.

STEP 5

Inflate a White 260Q leaving 5” uninflated. Attach into the side of the hat, wrap around the back, and attach to the other side. Tuck the Red bubbles inside.

STEP 6

Make two 1 ½” bubbles and bring to the other side of the hat, making Santa’s mustache. Finish the hat by looping the 260Q over the other side. Discard remainder but keep scrap.

STEP 7

Use the scrap White 260Q and make a round bubble and tie onto the top of the hat. Remove remainder.

STEP 8

To make Santa’s shoes, inflate a Black 260Q leaving 8” uninflated. Make two 1” pinch twists, two 4” loops, and position on both sides of the pinch twists. Remove remainder.

STEP 9

Twist a ½” bubble in the Red round and attach the shoes. Attach the beard to the base.

STEP 10

Inflate a 260Q Red leaving 5” uninflated. Create a loop that runs around Santa, tie together, and remove remainder. Make sure the knot sits off center to the sculpture. Then make a 4” bubble and twist.

STEP 11

To make the mittens, inflate the Green round to 2”. Trim off the nozzle and twist in half. Attach to the knot on the Red loop. 

STEP 12

Inflate a 5" Mocha Brown Round to 4”, and make a ½” side wall bubble. Attach to the second twist on the Red loop. Bring the nozzle to the mittens.

STEP 13

Add artwork for Santa’s face. (Tip: make sure Santa’s eyes aren’t hidden by his nose).
